We are looking for an Adobe Multi Solution Architect who brings a unique skill set to the table. This person will play a key role in the delivery of Adobe technical solutions to meet our clients’ business needs and deliver multifaceted digital solutions that solve business problems.
The Adobe Multi Solution Architect will work closely with our Product Owners, Developers, Growth Marketing & QA teams to manage, train, and enable clients in connecting and leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud products and to deliver measurable business value.
Internally, this person may be required to coach and mentor team members as they carve out their career path at Bounteous.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the overall Adobe Experience Cloud lead engaging in multiple client projects to ensure alignment with client’s expectations and high standards
  • Work with a broad range of Adobe technologies and platforms [with some room for specialization] and know how they are leveraged to meet business and user needs
  • Define and deliver multifaceted digital solutions that solve business problems
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork
  • Work alongside Client Service, Program Delivery, and practices to ensure a proper solution is provided to meet client needs
  • Partner with project/client team members to ensure continual alignment of work with client needs
  • Represent Bounteous by communicating and working effectively with clients and potential clients
  • Lead senior digital and non-digital stakeholders to drive consensus around problem statements, desired outcomes, and solutions to those problems
  • Translate business needs/requirements into a solution framework
  • Lead and participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, etc.
  • Provide expert knowledge and answers on AEC Capabilities:
  • Fundamental capabilities and limitations of Analytics, Audience Manager, AEP, Target, Campaign, and AEM
  • Data flow and integrations among tools within the AEC, as well as with outside tools and data sources
  • Uses and implications of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data, including evolving privacy standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Solution Consulting, and/or Technical Consultant role
  • Expert knowledge in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and platforms
  • Strong background in Adobe Target being able to step into client initiatives in need of Target architecture, integration, implementation and best practices.
  • Broad experience in digital delivery and shaping digital solutions to business problems
  • Understanding and experience with key concepts in a wide variety of disciplines including strategy, design, analytics (T-Shaped individual)
  • Ability to represent stakeholders not present in discussions (Client, Technology, XD, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with project/client team members to ensure continual alignment of work with client needs
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around a solution
  • Communicate solution principles / approaches and explain how the impact business drivers
  • Work with project/client team members to ensure continual alignment of work with client needs
  • Exposure to a wide variety of business functions especially marketing, commerce, and customer engagement is a plus!
  • Worked within a wide variety of industries including B2C and B2B Retail, CBG, Financial Services, and Healthcare is a plus!
