Chief Marketing Officer

The Open Platform

We are looking for a CMO to develop and execute marketing strategy to position The Open Platform as a leading venture builder, strengthen the ТОР brand, and scale performance marketing through innovative growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

– Support portfolio companies through audits, training, and marketing launch assistance.
– Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies — incl. performance marketing, viral growth and KOL collaborations — to acquire and retain users, build communities, and drive engagement.
– Drive GtM strategy for new products, focusing on scalable user acquisition, retention, and community-driven growth.
– Lead PR and branding to enhance the TOP’s international reputation and promote key experts.
– Increase brand awareness of TON as a key venture builder in Web3.

Requirements:

Hard Skills

– Experience leading marketing in a tech or consumer-driven company.
– Deep understanding of B2C growth strategies, user acquisition and retention mechanics.
– Strong expertise in performance marketing incl. traffic acquisition, KOL strategies and viral mechanics.
– Proven track record in brand building for corporate, product and branding.
– Successful execution of large-scale international PR campaigns.
– Experience working with Web3 and startup companies is a plus.

Soft Skills

– A charismatic leader who can effectively pitch ideas and build processes.
– Energetic and proactive, driving marketing instead of just managing it.
– Fast in testing hypotheses while balancing strategy and execution.
– Understands Web3 and the fundamentals of community-driven marketing.
