Our company is seeking a Customer Support Agent for WordPress Themes from Romania to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our customers using WordPress themes from ThemeForest.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests related to theme setup and usage, offering clear explanations and effective solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers through the support platform.
• React and promptly address support tickets with efficiency.
• Clearly and comprehensively describe technical issues to our developers.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with the WordPress CMS and advanced knowledge of themes, plugins, and functionalities.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS to deliver customized solutions to customers.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Patience and ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable manner.
• Desire to provide exceptional customer support and exceed expectations.
• Previous experience in providing technical support or assistance services is a plus.
