Requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Development (BD), Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
Broad domain experience across key blockchain ecosystems, specifically with the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana networks.
Obsession with growth and a proven ability to deliver quantifiable results through innovative partnerships.
Demonstrated success in building, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Deep passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield generation.
