What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants’ bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we’re seeking a talented Recruiter to be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles (with a strong focus on Sales / Business Development positions), including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing strategies: develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract experienced professionals through various channels, often going far beyond LinkedIn. 
  • Candidate assessment: conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: partner closely with Revenue department management to understand their specific needs, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Talent pipeline development: build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future GTM roles, ensuring a consistent flow of top talent.
  • Employer branding: promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice within the Fintech community and deliver excellent candidate experience to our candidates.
  • Meet the individual monthly KPIs, when it comes to the number of offers extended.

What are your skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales or Business Development roles and senior-level candidates;
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, common pain points and the qualities of successful Sales professionals;
  • Excellent sourcing, headhunting and networking skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (both written and spoken);
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear KPIs;
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
  • High level of professionalism and integrity;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach;
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Experience in the Fintech industry will be considered an advantage.
