I have used SiteGround hosting since May 2018. A mistake was made by SiteGround when my site files were transferred from GoDaddy. I have NOT been able to get one particular site’s files corrected and removed ever since.
I have two active sites in use at SiteGround.
After the work is completed, I will find new hosting which should have been done a long time ago.
I am not tech saavy for WordPress. I have tried to learn and make adjustments, but not to a useful amount. I have been able to use their site tools, I am not a site developer.

My active sites use WordPress v. 6.8.1
