What You Will Do

As a Senior Sales Manager – EU Market, you’ll lead Hopae’s growth across Europe by driving sales of our digital identity compliance solutions. This role is focused on regulatory-driven sales—specifically, helping online services meet new legal requirements tied to EU Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallets.

With upcoming regulations, any service that verifies the identity of European citizens will be required to support EUDI Wallets for login. Your mission is to position Hopae as the go-to provider for these businesses—making it easy and compliant for them to accept EU Digital IDs.

You’ll be responsible for:

Owning the full sales cycle in Europe—from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals

Identifying and connecting with high-value profiles in fintech, eCommerce, gambling, and other regulated sectors

Building relationships with executives across key industries to influence strategic buying decisions

Crafting and managing sales materials focused on repeatable, scalable sales motions

Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Legal to deliver tailored proposals

Representing Hopae at industry events and developing strategic partnerships

Negotiating agreements and maintaining accurate sales data and pipeline updates in our CRM

Reporting clearly on performance metrics with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth

Who You Are

8–12 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or highly regulated environments

Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving sales cycles from 0 → 1 in new markets (EU)

Strong consultative selling skills — confident with value-based selling and negotiating complex deals

Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional European language(s) such as French, German, Dutch, or Spanish are a strong plus

Excellent communicator, culturally aware, and comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams

Tech-savvy and able to align with engineering and product stakeholders

Self-driven, structured, and accountable — thrives in fast-paced startup environments

Europe-based: You are based in Europe and have deep knowledge of the European Market
