I’m looking for someone that has good skils with WP and can help me with this. I have a very old installation (v3.9) in a blog that has good SEO.
The blog is working but I cannot enter the dashboard nor upgrade it.

I have a backup of the DB as well as all the themes and plugins. All I need is to make it work and upgrade to a newer version.
