We are looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in WordPress troubleshooting, hosting environments, DNS management, and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for WordPress websites
  • Troubleshoot plugin, theme, hosting, and DNS-related issues
  • Perform website migrations and backups
  • Resolve website performance and security issues
  • Assist clients via email, chat, or ticket systems
  • Work with cPanel, Cloudflare, and hosting platforms
  • Monitor website uptime and functionality

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress
  • Experience with Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
  • Understanding of DNS, domains, SSL, and hosting
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO tools and optimization
  • WP-CLI knowledge
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce
  • Experience working in customer support environments
