We are looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in WordPress troubleshooting, hosting environments, DNS management, and customer support.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for WordPress websites
Troubleshoot plugin, theme, hosting, and DNS-related issues
Perform website migrations and backups
Resolve website performance and security issues
Assist clients via email, chat, or ticket systems
Work with cPanel, Cloudflare, and hosting platforms
Monitor website uptime and functionality
Requirements
Strong knowledge of WordPress
Experience with Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
Understanding of DNS, domains, SSL, and hosting
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently
Nice to Have
Experience with SEO tools and optimization
WP-CLI knowledge
Familiarity with WooCommerce
Experience working in customer support environments
