Opal is looking for a Youth Advocacy & Success Manager to join their Operations team. This is a contract, remote-first position based in the US (Remote) or Paris, France.
Compensation
- US (East Coast): Base Salary $60K – $70K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus
- France: Base Salary €32K – €38K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus
Work Mode
- A remote-first role (8 to 10 days of travel to Europe every quarter)
- A hybrid role (3 days per week at the office, with summer and winter break flexibility)
About You
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Building, growing, or energizing a community of peers — including defining your role and what made it work.
- Leveraging AI in both work and personal life, including familiarity with various AI tools and their applications.
