What’s the difference between the site chatbot and Focus Mode?
The chatbot that appears across the site is built for quick help while you browse. Focus Mode is the dedicated HelperX Bot workspace where Pro features like web search and image generation are available.

What do I get as a Free member vs a guest (not logged in)?
Guests can try HelperX Bot with a smaller monthly limit. Free members get a higher monthly limit plus a better experience (including saved conversations).

What does “Unlimited HelperX Bot access (subject to abuse guardrails)” mean?
Pro members can use HelperX Bot without a monthly cap in normal use. If usage looks automated, exploitative, or abusive, access may be rate-limited or restricted to protect the platform for everyone.

Does Pro change the chatbot everywhere on the site?
Pro increases your access overall, but advanced features (like web search and image generation) are available in Focus Mode rather than the site-wide chatbot.

Can I save my chats and come back later?
Yes. Logged-in members can save conversations and continue them later so you can pick up where you left off.

Can I upload images for analysis?
Yes. You can upload images and ask HelperX Bot to analyze what you’re seeing (screenshots, layouts, charts, and more).

Can I upload files for analysis?
Yes. You can upload files and ask HelperX Bot to summarize, extract key points, or help you work through what’s inside (for example: a document, a worksheet, or a draft you want feedback on).

Is member-only content included?
Some resources are available to everyone today, but members get early access and priority access as new tools, perks, and member-only resources roll out.

Do you offer annual pricing?
Not right now. Pro is currently available as a monthly plan.

Can I cancel anytime?
If you no longer need Pro, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
