How to Identify the Product You Need
If you need to manage a domain name, start under Domains.
If you need to open cPanel, look under Web Hosting or a cPanel-related hosting product.
If you need to work on a managed WordPress site, look under Managed Hosting for WordPress or WordPress.
If you need to check an SSL certificate, look under SSL Certificates or Security.
If you need to manage business email, look under Microsoft 365 or Email.
If you need renewal dates, billing, or auto-renew settings, look for renewals, billing, or subscriptions in the account area.
Use Manage or Manage All
Many products have a Manage or Manage All option. Use this when you want to open the product dashboard.
For example, a hosting product may show a Manage button beside the plan. A WordPress hosting section may show Manage All before you choose the specific site. A domain may open to domain settings or a domain portfolio.
Open only the product you intend to change. If you have multiple domains or hosting plans, confirm the domain name before editing settings.
If You Have Multiple Similar Products
It is common for a business to have more than one domain, hosting plan, SSL product, or email product.
Before making changes, compare:
Domain name
Website name
Product type
Renewal date
Assigned domain
Plan name
Status
Recent purchase date
This helps prevent changes to the wrong website or domain.
If You Cannot Find cPanel
cPanel is only available with hosting products that include cPanel. If you are using WordPress hosting, Website Builder, or another product type, you may not see cPanel.
Look for Web Hosting or Web Hosting Plus. Open Manage for the right hosting plan, then look for cPanel Admin or hosting tools from the dashboard.
If you do not see those options, confirm the hosting product type before troubleshooting.
If You Cannot Find WordPress
If the website is on managed WordPress hosting, look for a WordPress or Managed Hosting for WordPress category.
If WordPress was installed inside cPanel hosting, the site may appear under Web Hosting rather than a separate managed WordPress section. In that case, open the hosting dashboard and look for WordPress tools, applications, or the website connected to the plan.
Keep a Product Inventory
Once you find the right products, create a simple inventory:
Product name
Category
Domain connected to it
Renewal date
Auto-renew status
Account owner
Notes about what the product does
