Every year, Black Friday software deals show up like clockwork. The tricky part is figuring out which ones are actually worth it for a small business or marketing team, and which ones you’ll regret paying for in March.
These are not random tools pulled from a generic list. They’re products I’ve either used myself or worked with closely through Tech Help Canada. Some of them are still part of our stack today.
The goal here is to help you spot which upgrades actually move the needle.
So if you’ve been waiting for the right moment to invest in tools you’ll use all year long, here are the Black Friday software deals that are worth a serious look.
Note: These offers are accurate as of the date of this article, and black friday software deals typically remain available until December 1, 2025, and some companies provide an extension. But discounts and terms may change. Always double-check the deal pages before you buy.
Update (December 3, 2025): Many of these deals are still available this week, as several providers have extended their Black Friday/Cyber Monday promos. If you’re reading this later in December, treat the discounts as a guide and confirm current pricing on each vendor’s site.
1. WordPress.com – Free 5-Page Site Build + 10% Off Business Plan
If you’ve been meaning to rebuild your website or create your website, this Black Friday deal is the right solution.
For Black Friday, WordPress.com is offering to build a custom 5-page site for free (normally a paid design service) when you buy an annual Business plan, plus you get 10% off that plan as part of the offer, for eligible customers in the U.S., UK, and Canada.
That means you get:
- A professional, done-for-you website with your own domain name.
- Managed hosting, security, and updates handled for you.
- Business-level features like premium themes, plugins, SEO tools, and analytics built into your plan.
Instead of spending weeks fussing with layouts, you give them your content and direction, and they handle the actual build. If you’re a marketer, consultant, or small business owner, that’s a big time saver and a clean way to finally get a site you’re proud to send traffic to.
There’s also a 14-day refund window, so if you decide it’s not the right setup, you have a bit of breathing room.
If your current site is outdated, clunky, or still sitting in “coming soon” mode, this is one of the rare deals that can actually change how you show up online, not just save a few dollars.
2. Hostinger – Up to 85% Off Fast, Beginner-Friendly Hosting
If you want one of the strongest black friday software deals on hosting this year, Hostinger is hard to beat.
They are offering up to 85% off on hosting plans, plus a free domain for the first year and free SSL. The discount is built into the pricing, so you don’t have to mess with coupon codes when you check out.
If you’ve been thinking about moving from a slow host to something faster, you can lock in several years of performance-focused hosting for less than what many providers charge for a single year. If you’re in “launch mode,” this is one of the most budget-friendly ways to get proper hosting without overspending.
Hostinger is known for solid speed, a 99.9% uptime guarantee, customer service, and enough resources to comfortably run a traffic-heavy site without worrying about your server every week.
3. Bluehost – Up to 70–75% Off Hosting, Plus Free Domain
Bluehost is another big winner in this year’s Black Friday hosting wave.
Their official Black Friday page is advertising up to 75% off hosting, VPS, and related services, with a free domain and SSL included on many plans.
Bluehost is especially attractive if you want:
- Hosting that’s tightly integrated with WordPress.
- A simple “one stop” setup: domain, hosting, SSL, and basic tools in one place.
- Extra perks like discounted Yoast Premium and other add-ons during the sale window.
This isn’t the absolute rock-bottom price on the market, but it’s a very good balance of cost, reliability, and support. If you prefer going with a large, well-known host and don’t want to overthink the technical side, this deal gives you a clear path to launch or upgrade.
4. HostGator – Up to ~73–80% Off Shared Hosting for Small Businesses
HostGator tends to fly under the radar a bit, but it consistently shows up each year.
For Black Friday 2025, they’re offering discounts of 73–80% off on shared and cloud hosting, often with a free domain and unlimited bandwidth included.
HostGator’s own docs confirm that Black Friday coupons are time-limited and apply primarily to new hosting orders, not renewals. Just something to keep in mind.
The offer makes sense if you want straightforward, beginner-friendly hosting. It also does if you’re not trying to squeeze every last millisecond of performance yet, and you like the idea of getting a strong first-term discount while you grow. It’s often a good match for small business sites, simple funnels, and local-service websites.
5. Shopify – $1 for 3 Months to Launch or Test a Store
If your Black Friday plan includes finally launching an online store, Shopify is one of the most forgiving ways to start.
Right now, Shopify has a long-running promo where you start with a 3-day free trial, then pay just $1/month for your first 3 months on the main plans (Basic, Grow, Advanced). That effectively gives you about three months of “training wheels” pricing while you set up products, test traffic, and see if e-commerce fits your business.
On top of that, some partner landing pages highlight special 2025 offers with app credits that can reach into the thousands of dollars (up to $10,000 in Shopify credits in some campaigns). You can use credits toward themes and apps for your store. Not every merchant will see the same credit offers, but it’s worth checking what’s available when you sign up.
The Shopify offer isn’t a typical Black Friday software deal, but it overlaps with the season and belongs on any serious list.
6. HubSpot – 50% Off the Starter Suite Annual Plan
If you’ve been running your business out of scattered spreadsheets and separate tools, HubSpot’s Black Friday offer is one of the more meaningful upgrades you can make.
For Black Friday 2025, HubSpot is giving up to 50% off the Starter Suite annual plan for new customers. The discount is auto-applied at checkout during the promo window (roughly November 28 to December 1, 2025).
The Starter Suite gives you a unified CRM with email marketing, forms, simple automation, live chat, and basic service tools tied into one contact database. Instead of duct-taping a cheap email tool, a contact list in Sheets, and a separate chat widget, you get a single system where every lead and customer interaction lives in one place.
7. MailerLite – 25% Off All Annual Email Plans
MailerLite’s Black Friday deal lays it out clearly: 25% off all annual plans for both new customers and those switching from other providers. The discount runs from November 18, 2025, at 14:00 UTC until December 16, 2025, and it can’t be stacked with other discounts. That means claiming it will override any previous special pricing on your account.
MailerLite is known for simple but capable email campaigns, automations, landing pages, and forms. This is a good move if you’re ready to commit to email for the next 12 months. You lock in a lower annual price, you get enough features to build real nurture sequences and launches, and you avoid the bloat and complexity of big enterprise platforms.
8. Snov.io – 50% Off Annual Outreach & Lead Gen Plans
For outbound-heavy businesses, this might be one of the highest-leverage black friday software deals on the list.
Snov.io is offering 50% off any annual plan when you apply the code BLACKFRIDAY at checkout. Their own Black Friday SaaS roundup puts numbers behind it: they frame the discount as bringing the cost of a full sales suite down to about $0.64 per day and note that you can save up to $4,428 on premium plans.
The more interesting detail is how they handle renewals. If you turn on autorenew, Snov.io positions this as locking in your annual premium at half price every year, not just the first term, with the usual caveats in the fine print.
This deal is for you if your growth plans for 2026 include:
- Systematic cold outreach
- Partnership or PR pitching
- Structured link-building and digital PR
You get email finding, verification, warm-up, and campaigns into one discounted platform, which beats cobbling together several smaller tools.
9. Tailwind – Up to 63% Off Social Scheduling & Content Tools
If social media feels like a full-time job on top of your actual work, Tailwind can take a lot of that weight off. For Black Friday 2025, Tailwind’s deal focuses on annual plans—up to 63% off on specific annual tiers during the sale window.
That discount covers the tools Tailwind is known for: scheduling and optimizing posts for Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook. You also get Tailwind Create and Tailwind Communities to help you produce and distribute content faster.
Locking in a discounted annual plan also means you’re not tempted to cancel right before consistency pays off.
10. Sintra – Up to 70% Off an AI-Powered Business OS
Sintra sits in a different category from most of the tools on this list. It’s not just another app; it’s more like a business OS built around AI “employees” that help with tasks, workflows, and coordination.
For Black Friday 2025, Sintra is running an aggressive promo: up to 70% off plans. More specifically, 70% off annual plans, 60% off three-month plans, and 50% off monthly subscriptions.
What makes this interesting from a practical standpoint is how you can use it:
- Map out recurring business tasks into Sintra “helpers.”
- Let those AI helpers handle routine work like inbox triage, simple client follow-up, or content scheduling.
- Free yourself and your team to focus on higher-value work.
If you’ve been curious about AI beyond simple chat tools and you’re ready to experiment with something that can sit at the center of your operations, this is one of the more substantial black friday software deals to test.
11. ElevenLabs – Starter Plan for $1 and Discounts on Creator & Annual
Audio is one of those channels many businesses say they’ll get to later. Black Friday is a good excuse to move that up the list.
ElevenLabs is running a set of promotions around its AI audio platform:
- The Starter plan is discounted by 80% for the first month, dropping it from $5 to $1.
- The Creator plan gets 50% off the first month.
- On annual plans, you can get two months free when you pay yearly.
With just the Starter offer, you can realistically test:
- Voiceovers for short ads or explainers
- Audio versions of blog posts
- Basic narration for mini-courses or lead magnets.
If you’ve ever wished you could clone a brand voice or ship more content without recording everything yourself, this is a low-risk way to see if AI audio fits your workflow.
How to Use These Black Friday Software Deals
Taken together, these black friday software deals can easily turn into a long shopping list. But you don’t need all of them to win next year.
The simplest way to use this roundup is to ask a few direct questions:
- Where are you losing the most time right now, such as website, email, outreach, social, or coordination?
- Which of these tools would you actually set up and use in the next 30–60 days?
- If you had to pick just two from this list, which ones would have the biggest impact on leads, sales, or stability?
That’s how I’d approach it.
