About?the?Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail?oriented developer to support both new WordPress builds and ongoing client work. This is a full?time contract role (35–40?hours/week).
You’ll work closely with our Founder, Lead Developer, and a globally distributed team. This is a hands?on role that requires thoughtful problem?solving, strong front?end execution, and clear communication across time zones and project stages.
We’re after someone who writes clean, maintainable code, is comfortable building custom WordPress websites with ACF blocks and Tailwind, and genuinely enjoys collaborating with designers and strategists to bring sites to life.
What?You?Will?Do
Build custom WordPress sites using the Block Editor and ACF blocks
Translate Figma designs into high?fidelity front?end builds (maintaining precise spacing, interactions, and responsive layouts)
Run your own QA testing across browsers and devices to ensure consistent behavior
Support and improve existing WordPress sites—adding features, publishing content, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance
Maintain strong communication throughout all project phases (progress, questions, potential blockers)

5+?years of experience building fully custom WordPress sites
Strong working knowledge of ACF blocks, PHP, Tailwind, JavaScript, and Git
Understanding of WordPress best practices and how content structure affects performance
Ability to follow detailed designs and implement clean, accurate front?end code
Proficiency in technical SEO (structured data, proper heading hierarchy, page?speed optimization)
Proactive communicator who never disappears on deadlines
Comfortable adapting to an established codebase and build approach

Location: Remote (ideally based in Latin America)
